Designed by architect Robert C. Reamer and completed in 1928, the 1411 Fourth Avenue Building is a fifteen-story Art Deco office structure occupying the northwest corner of Fourth Avenue and Union Street in Seattle. Built for the Stimson Realty Company at a cost of $1.1 million, the building was constructed in the remarkably brief span of seven months—a record for a structure of its size. Recognized as a Seattle Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building later housed a Tully's Coffee flagship store on its ground floor from 1997 until the chain's bankruptcy in 2012. The property was acquired by the Onni Group in 2016.
