Completed in 2013, the glass-clad skyscraper occupies the northwest corner of 54th Street and Broadway and houses two distinct properties: the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park on its lower floors (through the 35th floor) and the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park on the upper floors, together containing 639 rooms.
