The Albert Ayer House is a historic residence in Winchester, Massachusetts, built around 1865 as a clapboard-sided example of early Italianate architecture. Constructed for a locally prominent civic leader, the house represents a conservative yet carefully detailed interpretation of the Italianate style that characterized mid-nineteenth-century American domestic design. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
