Andrássy Castle, a Romantic-style château completed in 1885, stands in Tiszadob in northeastern Hungary's Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. Designed by architect Artúr Meinig for Count Gyula Andrássy—who served as both the second Foreign Minister of Austria-Hungary and the first Hungarian prime minister—the castle reflects the architectural tastes of its distinguished patron during the height of the Austro-Hungarian era.
