The Associated Bank River Center is a 28-story postmodern skyscraper completed in 1988 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Rising 426 feet, the building's peaked tower, red brick façade, and green accents at the crown deliberately echo the style of Milwaukee City Hall. Originally known as the Milwaukee Center, it was briefly the city's second-tallest building until 100 East Wisconsin's completion. Developed on land that became part of the Milwaukee Repertory Theater's campus after the conversion of the Wisconsin Electric Powerhouse into the Quadracci Powerhouse, the structure houses primarily office space alongside parking. Its rotunda serves as a connecting passage between the office tower, the adjacent Saint Kate hotel, and the historic Pabst Theater. Associated Bank acquired the building in 2016, renaming it in 2019.
