Augustenborg Palace is a Rococo-style château on Als Island in southwestern Denmark, overlooking Augustenborg Fjord. Built beginning in 1664 under architect Johann Gottfried Rosenberg, the palace takes its name from Duchess Auguste (1633–1701). It became the ancestral seat of the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg, whose line ended with Duke Christian August II in 1869. Now a registered monument, the palace stands as a significant example of baroque and Rococo architecture in the Danish region.
