Located at 1925 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago's Motor Row District, the B.F. Goodrich Company Showroom is a Second Empire commercial building completed in 1911 to showcase and distribute B.F. Goodrich tires. Designed by Chicago architect Christian Albert Eckstorm, who specialized in Motor Row showrooms, the structure exemplifies the district's characteristic style with ornamental details concentrated toward its upper levels. The facade features a mansard roof crowned with a terra cotta balustrade, three dormers framed in terra cotta, a partial cornice, and large second-story windows topped with arched lintels. B.F. Goodrich occupied the showroom until 1929. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
