Bardak Siah Palace is an ancient Achaemenid stone structure located in the ruins of the city of Temukan near Borazjan in northern Bushehr province, Iran. Discovered in 1977 by Iranian archaeologists under Esmaeil Yaghmaei, the site has yielded significant artifacts including a fragmentary sculptural head of Darius the Great accompanied by a servant bearing an umbrella. Excavations in 2005 uncovered four pieces of folded gold sheet, weighing approximately three kilograms combined and possibly inscribed, buried beside a main hall column—likely concealed deliberately in antiquity. A Neo-Babylonian language inscription was also recovered. The palace remains a designated Iranian National Heritage site.
