Bristol Beacon is a Grade II listed concert hall on Colston Street in Bristol, England, built in Byzantine Revival style. Opened in 1867, it initially became a popular venue for classical music and theatre before hosting wrestling matches in the mid-20th century and emerging as one of Britain's most important rock music venues in the late 1960s. The hall has survived two devastating fires—in 1898 and 1945—with its original Byzantine foyer remaining intact. A major refurbishment added an extra wing in 2009, followed by extensive repair and restoration work that closed the venue from 2018 until its reopening on 30 November 2023. Owned by Bristol City Council and managed since 2011 by Bristol Music Trust, the hall was renamed from Colston Hall to Bristol Beacon in 2020 due to the former namesake's involvement in the Atlantic slave trade.
