The C.A. Brown Cottage, a historic summer house at 9 Delano Park in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, was built in 1886–87 as a mature work of Portland architect John Calvin Stevens. Executed in the Shingle Style then fashionable for seaside residences, the cottage represents a fine local example of this architectural mode and was recognized as significant enough to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
