Located at 1224 Highland Park Boulevard in Wausau, Wisconsin, the Charles L. and Dorothy Manson House is a brick Usonian home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and constructed between 1938 and 1941. As one of Wright's earliest Usonian designs, it represents a significant expression of the architect's vision for affordable, organic residential architecture integrated with the natural landscape. The house was designated a National Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. It stands as the first of two Wright-designed Usonian homes in Wausau, the other being the Duey and Julia Wright House, and both are recognized as Historical Landmarks for the city.
