Citizens National Bank is a historic Moderne-style bank building constructed in 1939 in Springville, Erie County, New York. The two-story brick structure features a five-bay design characteristic of the Moderne aesthetic. Its interior is distinguished by a mural titled "Credit Man's Confidence in Man," painted by noted artist Louis Grell. The building served as a functioning bank until 1968, when it was transferred to the Village of Springville. A notable Cold War–era addition, a fallout shelter with five-inch concrete walls and capacity for up to 400 people for six months, is housed within the structure. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
