The Clara Simpson Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker residential building in Worcester, Massachusetts, constructed around 1888 and representative of the housing stock that once defined the city's Piedmont neighborhood. Built in the Renaissance Revival style with Italianate features, the house displays characteristic period details including a hip roof with overhanging eaves and decorative brackets, along with a full-width front porch supported by turned columns and ornamental brackets. The structure follows a typical side hall plan with a jog along the side wall, a common arrangement for triple deckers of its era. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, it stands as one of the older surviving examples of this distinctive three-family housing type.
