The Egbert Reasoner House, built in 1896 in Oneco, Florida, was a shingle and Victorian-style residence that belonged to horticulturalist Egbert Reasoner, who co-founded Royal Palm Nurseries and is credited with introducing the pink grapefruit to Florida. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995, the house was nonetheless demolished in 2015, erasing a tangible link to Reasoner's agricultural legacy—he was later honored as a member of Florida's inaugural Agricultural Hall of Fame class in 1980.
