Located at 253 Barcelona Road in West Palm Beach, Florida, the Norton House is a two-story residence originally constructed in 1925 in the Mediterranean Revival style by architect Maurice Fatio. When Ralph Hubbard Norton, founder of the Norton Museum of Art, purchased the property in 1935, Marion Sims Wyeth undertook a significant architectural transformation, converting the home to Modern Movement and Monterey styles. The house and its surrounding 2-acre property now form the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, named after Ann Weaver Norton, the sculptor and second wife of Ralph Norton, whose collection of over 100 works is displayed throughout the residence, studio, and gardens alongside more than 300 species of tropical palms. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 and serving as a contributing property to the El Cid Historic District, the Norton House and gardens underwent a boundary expansion in 2025.
