The Alfred J. Comeau House, a two-story, L-shaped residence at 701 Flamingo Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, exemplifies Mediterranean Revival architecture from 1924. Designed by Harvey and Clarke and constructed by Ernest Benjamin Walton, Sr., the house was built for Alfred J. Comeau, a businessman who developed the Comeau Building, a prominent 10-story office structure. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000, it serves as a contributing property to the Flamingo Park Historic Residential District.
