The Elliniko pyramid, located in the Argos-Mykines Municipality of Greece, is an ancient Greek structure situated in the plains of Argolid. Also known as the Pyramid of Hellinikon, it stands among several pyramid-like monuments in a region once called Pyramia, named for these distinctive stone forms. During antiquity, the geographer Pausanias identified it as a tomb, though twentieth-century researchers have proposed alternative functions for the structure. The pyramid remains an archaeological site of significance for understanding ancient Greek architectural practices.
