The Empire Landmark Hotel, originally known as the Sheraton Landmark, was a 120-metre modern skyscraper completed in 1973 on Robson Street in Vancouver's West End. Revolutionary for its time, the hotel featured Cloud 9, a revolving restaurant on its top floor—one of only two such restaurants in Vancouver at the time. Between its completion and the Bentall Centre's opening in 1974, it ranked as the city's third-tallest building. When demolished in 2018, it became the tallest voluntarily demolished building in Canada.
