One Wall Centre, also known as the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre North Tower, is a modern skyscraper at 1088 Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Designed by Perkins+Will Canada and completed in 2001, the 48-storey tower combines a Sheraton hotel on its lower floors with residential condominiums above, and it won the Emporis Skyscraper Award for Best New Skyscraper that year.
