The Fereshteh Pasargad Hotel is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Elahieh neighborhood of Tehran, Iran, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Currently under construction with structural completion as of 2026, the 235-meter tower comprises 46 floors organized into distinct functional zones: nine levels of parking, seven floors of commercial and office space, four floors of restaurants and amusement centers, one main lobby floor, three mechanical floors, and 30 floors of five-star hotel accommodations across a total gross floor area of approximately 106,000 square meters. Built from reinforced concrete and developed on a 4,575-square-meter site, the project is notable for its advanced deep foundation and specialized subterranean construction techniques adapted to the building's geological context. Upon completion, it will stand as Iran's tallest building, surpassing the 192-meter Tabriz World Trade Center.
