The Francis H. Holmes House, located at 349 Rocky Hill Avenue in New Britain, Connecticut, is a historic single-family home built between 1906 and 1908. Designed by prominent local architect Walter P. Crabtree, the brick residence blends Tudor Revival and Shingle style elements into an architecturally eclectic composition. Commissioned by Francis H. Holmes, a local brickmaking business owner, the house functioned as a showcase for his wares, with its substantial brick construction demonstrating the quality of his product. The building was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
