The Francisco Q. Sanchez Elementary School in Umatac, Guam, is a single-story International Style structure designed by Richard Neutra and completed in 1953. Situated on the north side of Guam Highway 2 adjacent to the San Dionisio Church Ruins, the building comprises two classroom wings flanking a central administration area. Neutra's design integrates the school with its surrounding environment and offers panoramic views of Umatac Bay. The building was one of four constructed under a comprehensive master plan developed by Neutra and Robert J. Alexander, though the island's political leadership subsequently abandoned the broader vision. It remains Umatac's only school and was recognized as a historic place when listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
