The Franklin B. Jenkins House, a circa 1895 Queen Anne Victorian residence located at Chestnut Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts, exemplifies the architectural ambitions of the era. This 2½-story wood-frame structure features the style's characteristic exuberance: an L-shaped footprint anchored by a distinctive octagonal turret at the crook, and a wraparound porch with turned posts and balusters extending from the front around the side to the turret section. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and included in the Nobility Hill Historic District in 1990, it remains among Stoneham's finest examples of Queen Anne design.
