The Ginn Carriage House is a historic carriage house in Winchester, Massachusetts, originally built in 1900 as part of publisher Edwin Ginn's "Terrace of Oaks" estate. Constructed of brick in a U-shaped plan, the building exhibits high quality construction details and touches of Georgian Revival styling. The original carriage doors remain intact, sheltered beneath a copper shed roof. Now converted to a residence, it stands as one of only two surviving outbuildings from the once-extensive estate, the other being the gardener's house; Ginn's main residence was demolished in 1946. The carriage house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
