The Ginn Gardener's House is a two-story brick outbuilding in Winchester, Massachusetts, built in 1900 as part of publisher Edwin Ginn's "Terrace of Oaks" estate. Executed in Georgian Revival style, the house exemplifies the high craftsmanship of the original complex, now represented only by this structure and a surviving carriage house after the main mansion's demolition in 1946. Its five-bay facade features Flemish-bond brickwork with marble water table and trim, a center entry sheltered by a square portico with Tuscan columns and a balustrade, and a shallow gable above containing a large round-arch window. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, it stands as a testament to the refined domestic architecture of the Gilded Age estate.
