The Hawkinsville Opera House, originally called the City Auditorium, is a 1907 theater building in downtown Hawkinsville, Georgia, designed by Macon architect and theater specialist W.R. Gunn. Built at a cost of $16,470, it seats 576 patrons—the largest capacity of any public building in Pulaski County at the time. Located at the intersection of Lumpkin and Broad Streets, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 and underwent substantial restoration in 2000 at a cost of $1.7 million. Today it is operated by the Hawkinsville-Pulaski County Arts Council and remains a contributing structure within the Hawkinsville Commercial and Industrial Historic District.
