The Henderson House, a Tudor Revival single-family residence at 99 Westcliff Road in Weston, Massachusetts, was built in 1927–28 as one of the last grand summer estate houses constructed in the town. Commissioned by Edward Peirce, a wool trade businessman, the house represents the final flourish of Weston's era of substantial residential estates, with only about a dozen similar properties surviving today. Following its initial use as a private residence, the house served for many years as a conference center for Northeastern University before returning to private ownership. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
