Built around 1890 in Wakefield, Massachusetts, the House at 1 Morrison Avenue is a 2½-story wood-frame Tudor Revival residence distinguished by its hip roof crowned with a copper crest, central dormer, and a prominent projecting gable on the left side. A single-story wraparound porch extends along two facades, capped by a high decorative gable over the front stairs that features bargeboard and half-timber detailing. The house was constructed on land subdivided by J. S. Merrill and Charles Hanks as part of the Wakefield Park development, and remains one of few Tudor Revival houses in the town. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
