This 2½-story Colonial Revival house in Wakefield, Massachusetts, was built around 1890 on land that was once part of Dr. Charles Jordan's estate, subsequently developed as Wakefield Park during the 1880s. The wood-frame structure features a distinctive semicircular portico—a relatively uncommon architectural element in Wakefield—along with turned balusters on its porch and three roof dormers with pedimented gable ends. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
