This two-story wood-frame house in Wakefield, Massachusetts, built in the 1860s or early 1870s, represents an unusual blend of architectural traditions. Only four bays wide with the entry positioned in the leftmost bay, the structure displays Italianate details such as dentil molding in the cornice, yet remains predominantly Greek Revival in character. The house may have originally functioned as an outbuilding of the nearby Beebe estate on Main Street before being relocated to its current location when Hancock Street was laid out. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
