The House at 22 Parker Road in Wakefield, Massachusetts is a 2½-story wood-frame Colonial Revival residence built in the 1880s, distinguished as one of the town's few high-style examples of the period. Its facade is composed of three sections: the left features a rounded bay with triple-stacked windows; the right contains a Palladian window on the first floor and paired windows above; and the center showcases an ornate entry sheltered by a wraparound porch with sidelights and fanlight, with an upper porch door set within a half-round window displaying Gothic inlays. Architectural details include a hip roof, corner pilasters, and gable end dormers, notably the center one with an elegant swan-neck design. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
