The House at 52 Oak Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts is one of the most elaborate Colonial Revival houses in the Greenwood section of town. Built in the 1890s by developer Henry Savage, this 2½-story wood-frame structure blends Queen Anne and Colonial Revival aesthetics. It features a turret and wraparound porch characteristic of Queen Anne styling, while porch details such as multiple columns on paneled piers and hip-roof dormers reflect Colonial Revival design. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
