India Tower was a proposed 126-story megatall skyscraper designed by Foster and Partners for Mumbai, India, intended to reach 707.5 meters in height. Conceived in futurist architectural style and originally planned for completion in 2016, the project—also known as the Park Hyatt Tower or Dynamix Balwas Tower—encountered disputes between developers and Mumbai's civic authorities that halted construction in May 2011. The scheme was cancelled in 2015 and remains unbuilt, exemplifying the challenges faced by ambitious megaprojects in the city.
