The Insurance Company of North America Building, a Colonial Revival office tower completed in 1925 in downtown Philadelphia, was built to house INA, the nation's first and oldest joint-stock insurance company. The structure served as INA's headquarters until 1991, when it was converted into residential condominiums and renamed The Phoenix. Recognized for its historical significance, the building was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1978 and appears on the National Register of Historic Places.
