The Iset Tower is a 52-story high-tech skyscraper in Yekaterinburg, Russia, designed by the architectural firm Valode & Pistre and completed in 2015. Standing 212.8 metres tall, it is the tallest building in Yekaterinburg and the 16th tallest in Russia, named after the Iset River that flows through the city center. Located in the Yekaterinburg-City business district, the tower anchors a prestigious neighborhood that includes the government of Sverdlovsk Oblast, the Regional Duma, a drama theater, and a five-star Hyatt Regency hotel across B. Yeltsin Street. It became Yekaterinburg's tallest structure on 24 March 2018, when a nearby unfinished TV tower was demolished as part of the city's preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
