The Isla Verde Lighthouse in Algeciras, Cádiz Province, Spain, is an inactive lighthouse designed and built by Jaime Font and inaugurated in 1864. Located at the southern end of an old fort on Isla Verde—an island now incorporated into the Port of Algeciras—the structure is a polygonal stone tower finished with lime plaster. Originally positioned with its focal plane 26 meters above mean sea level, the lighthouse has long since been decommissioned, superseded by modern port beacons.
