The Ives-Baldwin House, located at 474 Baldwin Avenue in Meriden, Connecticut, is a well-preserved late 18th-century farmhouse built around 1798 in the Georgian architectural style. Now a rarity in what has become largely an industrial town, the house represents an important surviving example of rural domestic architecture from the early American period and was recognized with listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
