The Calhoun–Ives Historic District is a rural agricultural historic district in Washington, Connecticut, situated a mile north of Washington Depot. Stretching along Calhoun Street and Ives Road, the district comprises modestly scaled farmhouses dating to the 18th and 19th centuries, executed in Greek Revival architecture, accompanied by agricultural outbuildings, farm fields, and fruit orchards. The landscape is characterized by stone walls lining the roads, preserving the agrarian character and layout of the region. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995 as both a local and national heritage site.
