The John Dickinson Dopf Mansion is a two-story brick residence built in 1876 in Rock Port, Missouri, exemplifying the Second Empire style popular during the mid-to-late nineteenth century. Its most distinctive feature is the mansard roof, ornately detailed with alternating bands of hexagonal and square slate shingles, a hallmark of the Second Empire aesthetic. A one-story front porch completes the composition. The house was recognized for its architectural significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
