Kai Tak Sports Park is a 28-hectare multi-purpose sports venue designed by Populous on the site of Hong Kong's former Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon City District. Completed in 2024 and officially opened to the public on 1 March 2025, it is the largest sports venue in Hong Kong. The complex anchors the redevelopment of the decommissioned airport and comprises the Kai Tak Stadium, which seats 50,000 with a retractable roof, a 10,000-seat Kai Tak Arena, and a 5,000-seat Public Sports Ground. Originally scheduled for completion in 2023, the project experienced delays due to resource constraints. The venue's inaugural major event was Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour in April 2025, which drew 183,980 attendees across four performances.
