The Kaiten-yama Kofun is a monumental burial mound located in Marugame, Kagawa Prefecture, on Shikoku island, Japan. Built in the zenpō-kōen-fun style—a distinctive keyhole-shaped design—it dates to around the middle of the 4th century, placing it in the early Kofun period. The tumulus ranks as the second largest burial mound in Kagawa Prefecture and the third largest in the entire Shikoku region. It was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 2004.
