The Landis Theatre–Mori Brothers Building stands at 830–834 Landis Avenue in Vineland, New Jersey, a 1937 Moderne structure designed by Philadelphia architect William Harold Lee, who specialized in historic theater design. The venue opened with the film *Hats Off* and served the community through World War II, when it provided entertainment for USO servicemen. The auditorium was converted to a twin theater in 1980, though declining revenue from nearby competition led to its closure in 1987, with *House 2* as its final film. After decades of dormancy, the building underwent renovation and reopened on May 22, 2010, with Bernadette Peters as the opening act. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000 for its architectural, engineering, and cultural significance, the theater represents an important example of mid-twentieth-century entertainment architecture.
