Landmark 81 is a 461.5-metre supertall skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, designed by Atkins in neo-futurist style and completed in 2018. Developed by Vinhomes, Vietnam's largest real-estate company, it stands as Vietnam's tallest building, Southeast Asia's second-tallest, and the seventeenth-tallest worldwide. Sited on the western banks of the Saigon River in the northeast of the city's historic center, the 81-story tower occupies the former Newport logistics base and anchors Vinhomes Central Park, a $1.5 billion mixed-use development. The complex integrates an Autograph Collection hotel with conference facilities, luxury residences, the Vincom Center Landmark 81 Mall, office units, dining venues, and a multi-story observation deck.
