On the island of Naoshima in Japan, the Lee Ufan Museum opened in 2010 as the world's first museum dedicated entirely to Korean artist Lee Ufan. Designed through a collaboration between renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando and the artist himself, the museum represents a unique partnership between creator and architect in shaping a space devoted to a single artist's practice.
