The Lighthouse Tower is an unfinished supertall commercial skyscraper designed by Atkins for Dubai's International Financial Centre in the United Arab Emirates. Conceived in the high-tech and postmodern architectural styles, the 402-metre, 64-storey tower was planned as an environmentally conscious building with emphasis on reducing carbon footprint and energy conservation. Its distinctive design comprised two separate towers bridged from level 10 up to approximately 300 metres, incorporating multiple skygardens throughout the structure. Construction was suspended in 2009, and the project remains abandoned.
