Liriodendron is a historic estate in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland, comprising a Georgian Revival mansion and several ancillary structures. The centerpiece 2½-story stuccoed brick mansion was designed by the Baltimore firm Wyatt and Nolting and constructed around 1898 as a summer home for Laetitia and Dr. Howard Kelly, the renowned surgeon and founding member of Johns Hopkins Medical College. The estate also includes the earlier Graybeal-Kelly House, a 2½-story Georgian-style structure built circa 1835 that served as the original manor house until the main mansion was completed; this building now functions as a venue for weddings, conferences, and arts events. Supporting the property are numerous outbuildings dating from the mid-to-late nineteenth century—a bank barn, carriage house, board-and-batten cottage, corn crib, smokehouse, ice houses, and shed—that document the working life of a substantial nineteenth-century estate. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
