The M.B. Quivey House in Mitchell, Nebraska, is a two-and-a-half-story residence built in 1914 for Maurice B. Quivey, a businessman who co-founded the Mitchell Mercantile Company in 1905. Designed by architect J. W. Hall, the house exemplifies a vernacular interpretation of Prairie School architecture, adapting the movement's principles to local building traditions. The residence was converted into apartments following its acquisition by Harold Coleman in 1946 and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.
