The MacMillan Bloedel Building is a 27-storey brutalist office tower in Vancouver, British Columbia, designed by Arthur Erickson of Erickson/Massey Architects. Conceived in 1965 as the head office for the forestry company MacMillan Bloedel, the building was constructed beginning in October 1966 and opened officially on December 13, 1968. It stands as one of the earliest and most significant works in Erickson's career, and is recognized as one of Canada's outstanding examples of brutalist architecture. The building was renamed Arthur Erickson Place in 2021, though its original name remains widely used.
