Located at 1400 René Lévesque Boulevard East in Montreal, Maison de Radio-Canada was the broadcast headquarters and studios for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's French-language radio and television services, including flagship station CBFT-DT, as well as the main studio for Montreal's local English-language CBC services. Completed in 1973, the 105-meter brutalist structure also housed the headquarters of Radio Canada International. The building served broadcasting operations until a new facility opened at 1000 Papineau Avenue in September 2022, consolidating operations that had been dispersed among Montreal's major media broadcasters clustered in the same neighborhood.
