The Maplewood Hotel, located at 328–330 Maple Street in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is a pair of late-nineteenth-century buildings that pioneered residential hotel accommodations in the city. Built by local industrialist Frank Beebe, who himself occupied one of its units, the structure combined Tudor Revival and Romanesque Revival architectural elements. Upon its opening, the hotel offered both furnished and unfurnished residences within a full-service environment, establishing a new standard for quality urban living in Holyoke. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, the buildings remain in residential use today.
